Celebrate dad this Father’s Day at market-to-table restaurant Society Cafe, located within Walker Greenwich Village with a special Burgers & Bourbon offering in partnership with New York-based Great Jones Distillery. Carefully crafted by Executive Chef Nicholas McCann, this burger features a 30-day dry-aged Black Angus brisket patty, a decadent bone marrow and black shallot butter, fresh gem lettuce and a house-made rye brioche bun, served alongside housemade Belgian fries. Great Jones Bourbon – sourced from Warwick, NY and drawing ingredients from this "black dirt" region known for its dark, rich soil from the remains of a glacial period lake – will also be pouring something special from the distillery, to enhance the experience.
