Peeping Tom (1960)
Sensitive film studio focus puller Mark Lewis (Carl Boehm) moonlights as a private photographer of scantily-clad women, while obsessively working on his own "documentary" of the women he murders. Director Powell's career was effectively destroyed by the critical backlash to the film, which is today compared to Psycho as a masterpiece of the genre.
