When a widowed robotics expert channels the grief of losing his eleven-year-old son into creating 'Robin', a fully functioning robotic doll, it finally seems he has found someone to keep him company in his lofty mansion. Following his estranged nephew and fiancé's unexpected return to the manor, a series of terrifying events leave the young couple soon suspecting that Robin will do whatever it takes to have his creator all to himself.
