Fresh out of prison and burning to reclaim her shattered empire, Ava (Maika Monroe) sets out to take back control of her once-thriving drug operation. But her plans implode when she is framed for a killing that puts a target on her back from both the police and the city's ruthless crime boss (Helen Hunt).
